KATO DESTROY is a gritty, straight-up rock band with styles ranging from chordy/pensive, absurd/raunchy, heavy/technical. A
long set of originals and covers for all occasions (Talking Heads, Rush, QOTSA, Fugazi), their influences and abilities are diverse enough to land the band spots in funk/groove improv, and backing Winnipeg hip hop acts on the fly.
